Take Gentle Care of Yourself

Let's face it, we've all had a tough time these last few months and our skincare regime may have been put on hold. I myself am guilty of this, with priorities such as paying the bills, worrying about job security and staying healthy taking the forefront on my list of worries and concerns.

The good news is that we’re now seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. Restrictions are lifting, normality is bestowing us once again and we can now begin to put ourselves and our needs back up high on that priority list, where they rightfully belong.


So, what are you going to do to look after yourself and treat yourself? Go for some drinks with friends, visit your favourite restaurant or go shopping?

How about a long-term investment in yourself and your well-being? Go for a nice long walk outside in the fresh air, take a trip on your own, with a friend or with your partner or give yourself one hour of the day and awaken your skin with a facial treatment.


Some of my clients were hesitant about booking a facial treatment with me at first because they didn’t know what skin type they have, or they just didn’t know where to begin with what they were looking for. Some have even told me that they were too shy to ask and felt silly for not knowing such a simple thing about themselves.
